Terms and Condition
- Application for the Club Royale Card is open to any individual person who is 21 years old and above. Only one member per account is allowed.
- The cardholder shall sign the card immediately at the back upon receipt and shall not permit any other person to use it.
- The club Royale Card may be used tom track play and accumulate points by the accounts member only.
- For Table games, present card to the Pit Supervisor to play monitoring.
- For Slot Machine Games, insert card into designated card slot to record casino play.
- It is responsibility of the player to ensure his/her card is inserted properly into the machine when playing slot machines and to ensure that a Pit Supervisor is aware of play at the gaming table.
- The benefits of the account are intended for the sole use of the cardholder only. The cards is non-transferable.
- All point earnings are subject to review and verification.
- Points accumulated under different type of membership card held by the same cardholder cannot be combined without the management's written approval.
- Points are redeemable for items toward purchasing souvenirs from our redemption shops and other amenities.
- Points utilized for redemption of the rewards will be deducted from the cardholder's account.
- All redemptions are final unless otherwise allowed by the management.
- The card will not be accepted if the card is invalid, lost and stolen, has been altered, re-printed or any other irregularities on the card and does not have the cardholder's signature.
- Applicants must present a valid ID with picture when applying for the Club Royale Card.
- Management reserves the right to adjust account status due to computer error, machine malfunction, operator error, fraud or other misuse of the Club Royale card.
- The Club Royale Card may be suspended or cancelled by the Casino at any time without prior notice.
- For lost cards, notify Casino Service Department immediately. Card replacement will be upon management's discretion.
